Join our multi-academy trust

Across all our primary, secondary and special settings, we share a common mission to nurture curiosity, develop wellbeing and empower children and young people to go beyond their aspirations. Together, we believe we can make a difference in our diverse communities, and in the lives of those who learn with us and work with us.

With a strong sense of togetherness under a single governance structure, and a unifying vision, we believe our multi-academy trust enables resilient, deep and purposeful collaboration to improve and maintain educational standards.

Our strategic plan sets out how the communities we serve are at the heart of our activities – and increasing the social mobility of all our children and young people is routed in our mission, from early years to post 16 and beyond into adulthood.

Financial sustainability is a key concern for many schools and the growth of our organisation is measured and carefully planned. Our phased approach, coupled with an established organisational structure, provides capacity for growth, in which academies can benefit from economies of scale as well as access to leading expertise.

Exploring academisation, joining a trust or partnership working

If your school or trust is exploring the possibility of academisation or joining a larger multi-academy trust – or perhaps seeking to work in partnership on school improvement initiatives or for enhanced professional development opportunities – we understand that there are a number of things you will need to know about us.

Our website contains a wealth of information, but nothing can replace a conversation – so whatever stage in your thinking you are at, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Meet our team

Whether you are a local authority maintained school, a standalone academy or a small trust within our region, we would like to hear from you. We believe it’s critically important that, together, we ensure we are like-minded in our ambitions – and where aligned, we are confident we have a lot to offer.

We are happy to answer any questions you might have, which we would do in an informal environment, and at a time and place of your choosing – offering you the chance to find out more about our organisation, what the process of joining a multi-academy trust could look like for you or more about becoming an associated partner of the Diverse Association for Professional Learning.
