Innovating across the sector

We are proud of our outward looking approach, and our commitment to the improvement of education and outcomes for all children and young people within and beyond our Trust.

Across Diverse Academies there are a number of ways in which our colleagues collaborate on research initiatives and share best practice including the development of joint practice research, promoting enquiry-led development. We ensure that evidenced-based practice is at the heart of our work, with an open mind but discretionary approach to new information and initiatives.

Team networking and operational working groups lead on focused areas of teaching, learning and business functions, drawing on experience from both within and outside of our Trust to ensure our organisation is at the forefront of education.

Regional connectivity

Our commitment to working widely across our region is best exemplified through the Diverse Association for Professional Learning. Our leaders facilitate programmes with our delivery partners including national professional qualifications (NPQs) and Olevi programmes nationally to a far reaching audience.

We promote opportunities for people in all roles to collaborate beyond the Trust and celebrate our successes where people have been asked to present at wider networks and national and global conferences.
