Course summary

This course is designed to give principals and business managers the necessary skills to ensure compliance is maintained in schools. The learning style will be workshop based and include desk top exercises, discussions and groupwork and will focus on health and safety management requirements to ensure compliance. It also gives delegates the opportunity to develop their own school-based plans prioritising risk, allocate resource etc. The course extends the core competencies that will enable delegates to manage school compliance safety issues with ease and confidence. With a strong focus on keeping things simple, the course will enable delegates to have a direct impact on health and safety provision in school.
