Course summary

Classroom practitioners will gain a deeper understanding of the latest innovative pedagogy and develop the mind, skill and knowledge set to make a significant impact on their pupils and inspire others to become outstanding practitioners within a coaching culture.

Full attendance at this programme will enable you to mentor or coach colleagues to improve their practice; recognise, articulate and model best practice; and create and deliver challenging and engaging CPD.

Experienced teachers, secure in their practice. Aspiring or existing middle leaders.

Commitment

Delegates will need to complete three teaching and learning sessions, plus two Power of Coaching sessions to receive your certificate of attendance for the programme.

The coaching sessions can be completed from any of the Power of Coaching cohorts available in a rolling three term period.
