After a short service commission in the Army, Jon has spent the last 30 years as an external and internal consultant to multinational banks and other financial services companies, focusing on large scale reengineering, efficiency and regulatory change. Latterly he advised two start up banks as they progressed to authorisation.
Jon has previously been an appointed governor at Walton Academy.
