Rudi trained to teach through the TeachFirst programme and was head of languages in a secondary school in the outskirts of Derby. Rudi now works as a Fellow in the learning design department at the Ambition Institute, an educational charity which develops educators serving children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Rudi’s work focuses on the development of the upcoming Initial Teacher Training programme.
Rudi enjoys running and climbing, and plays hockey for Beeston Hockey Club.
