Heather’s responsibility as director of education for Diverse Academies includes quality assurance, post 16 education provision and the delivery of personal development, including careers.
Heather is a former executive principal of two of our secondary academies and a former principal of Retford Oaks Academy.
In her current role, Heather leads on quality assurance supporting schools to identify strengths and areas for development. This includes working closely with academy principals and senior leaders to ensure high standards of education and strong outcomes for all students.
Heather’s overview of post 16 education and personal development ensures students within the Trust are supported to achieve their academic potential whilst developing the knowledge, skills and experiences they need to succeed in the future, which includes being prepared for post 18 study, employment and training, and well-rounded citizens.
