Attendance, behaviour and safeguarding
Caroline is director of education with strategic responsibility for attendance, behaviour and safeguarding. Caroline’s role ensures that strong systems and effective practice are in place to support the safety, wellbeing and success of all students with the Diverse Academies family.
Caroline has held several leadership positions during her 24 years with Diverse Academies Trust. Formerly principal of Walton Academy, and executive principal of two secondary academies within the Trust, Caroline has been a significant strategic leader, working closely with local authorities, principals and senior leaders to develop high-performing teams and secure educational success.
Caroline holds an additional role as the Trust’s equity, diversity and inclusion strategic lead. She recognises that success starts with a positive culture built on inclusion, a shared sense of belonging, and healthy attitudes towards wellbeing.
