Andrew settled in South Yorkshire after a successful career in the Army, having grown up on the South Coast and later marrying a local girl. He transitioned his skills into management consultancy, supporting businesses as they adapt and grow within an ever-changing landscape.
In retirement, Andrew dedicates his time to mentoring local charities, contributing to NHS and local government committees, and supporting Diverse Academies. He also values time with family and personal pursuits, with cycling and sailing filling much of his remaining free time.
