Executive Principal
Heather is a Local Leader of Education who works as an Executive Principal with responsibility for Retford Oaks Academy and The Holgate Academy. Heather has worked for the Trust for 20 years and was formerly Principal at Retford Oaks Academy.
In her role as Executive Principal, Heather works closely with principals and senior leaders to drive academic, personal and social outcomes for all students. Particularly via Retford Oaks Academy, Heather has forged a partnership with the NHS and is passionate about enhancing learning and employment opportunities within the local area. Heather is presently working with other Trust leaders on strategies to improve attendance.
