Executive Principal
David is a Local Leader of Education and advanced skills teacher who has been with the Trust for over 20 years. Formerly Principal of Tuxford Academy, he now serves as Executive Principal for both Tuxford and East Leake Academy. He works closely with principals and senior leaders to drive education excellence for all students.
David also plays a strategic role in leading the Diverse Association for Professional Learning which delivers high quality training to support the knowledge and skills on technical aspects of roles, leadership and coaching. His passions include school improvement, professional development, and building high-performing people and teams.
