Executive Principal
Caroline has worked within Diverse Academies Trust for 24 years in a number of leadership roles. She has successfully led school improvement both within and beyond the Trust, working closely with colleagues to improve the outcomes of all pupils.
Formerly Principal of Walton Academy, Caroline is now Executive Principal for Walton Academy and Queen Elizabeth’s Academy. Caroline has strategic overview of both academies, working closely with the principals, senior leaders and local academy committees in order create high performing teams which secure educational success.
She leads the EDI strategy across the Trust and is a keen advocate of staff and student wellbeing.
